Dry as desert when I visited this place. Maybe it was because of the season (winter)? No clear sign was available why it was down or when it would be restored. Disappointing. Full review by minimize940314

Nice fountain area in the midst of the city. It was a nice spot to rest for a bit on a warm day. There are several different levels to explore and that provide different viewing points.Full review by tmazionsmith
