Camping us no longer allowed at the trailhead or at the hot springs. Toketee Lake Campground is 3 miles away and Lemolo Forebay Campground is 4 miles from the trailhead.
Is there any kind of reservation that needs to be made or is it first come first serve?

First come first serve. I'd advise early or late. There's a campground about 3 miles away on the reservoir that you can either drive from or hike along the river to the springs.
