The 250th Birthday of the US Army Grand Military Parade kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. Here's which roads will be closed in Washington, D.C.

Here are all the road closures, metro service changes, and bus detours that will take place on Saturday, 14 June, for the US Army Parade.

In addition to the roads that will be closed for the parade route itself, there will be some transit adjustments and some parking restrictions.

As of Sunday afternoon, the stage in the middle of Constitution Avenue still needs to be removed, and stands, gates, and roadblocks are still up. Sunday morning’s assessment of the aftermath revealed several overflowing trash cans on the park grounds, and a team has been dispatched to clean the area again.

An electrical pole caught fire in Bladensburg Sunday morning, closing some roads and causing a brief power outage, officials said. In a post on X just before 7:30 a.m., the Bladensburg Police Department said both eastbound lanes of 57th Avenue and Annapolis Road were closed due to the fire.
