Copa del Rey monarchs Barcelona begin their title defense in the round of 32 when they visit third-division side Guadalajara, marking the first ever meeting between the two Spanish clubs.

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick hailed his team’s attitude after Tuesday’s 2-0 win over Guadalajara in the Copa del Rey.

With Wojciech Szczęsny widely viewed as Barca’s no.2, the Pole looked the obvious bet to step back in to face Guadalajara on Tuesday.
