The family of accused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann has gotten a helping hand from an unexpected source: The daughter of a notorious jailed murderer.

House of Secrets” takes viewers inside the Massapequa Park home of alleged serial killer Rex Heuermann. And for the first time, both Heuermann’s estranged wife and his daughter discuss the case, highlighting a difference of opinion on the question of the New York City architect’s guilt.

Heuermann has pleaded not guilty and has yet to stand trial. He is currently incarcerated at the Riverhead Correctional Facility in Suffolk County, New York. In March, Suffolk County Sheriff Dr. Errol D. Toulon Jr told People that Heuermann “doesn’t congregate” with his fellow inmates “because of the crimes he’s accused of.”
