GYEONGJU, South Korea, Oct. 31 (Yonhap) - President Lee Jae Myung met Chinese President Xi Jinping for the first time on Friday as Xi attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in the southeastern city of Gyeongju.

President Trump said a deal with South Korea was "pretty much finalized," though neither government has signed an official agreement.
