Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud threw passes for the first time in almost a month in the opening part of Tuesday's mandatory minicamp practice that was open to the media. The third-year quarterback was kept from throwing in all six of the Texans' OTA practices over the last two weeks because he was dealing with "general soreness" in his throwing shoulder.
