Jack Black has waded into the "chicken jockey" discourse. At a screening of A Minecraft Movie over the weekend, the actor surprised fans by showing up in the theater and issuing a tongue-in-cheek warning against a viral trend that involves shouting at the screen and throwing popcorn in response to an Easter egg in the film.

Black then proceeded to hold up an iron pickaxe and ask, "Are you ready to rock?" and then run around the cinema holding the pickaxe over his head as crowds of teenagers collectively lost their minds, with one kid screaming, "No! Come Back!" as Black frolicked out of the cinema.
