Amazon is reorganizing its audio entertainment operations with plans to consolidate some of the production now done across its Wondery and Audible brands. As a result of the changes, Wondery CEO Jen Sargent is exiting her post after four years at the helm of one of the industry’s largest podcast studios.

Wondery CEO Jen Sargent is departing the podcasting studio as it undergoes a restructuring by Amazon that will impact roughly 110 jobs. Moving forward, Wondery's narrative podcasting studio will be incorporated into Audible.
