President Biden and first lady Jill Biden paid their respects to the 14 victims who died during the Bourbon Street terrorist attack last week, with the president giving remarks at the end.

President Joe Biden has visited a makeshift memorial at the site of the deadly New Year’s attack in New Orleans as he visits the city to meet with grieving families.

Despite Monday's cold weather, several people still visited the memorial for the victims of the New Year’s terror attack that is set up at Bourbon Street and Canal Street.
