Shane Waldron has been fired as the Chicago Bears' offensive coordinator less than 10 months after being hired for the job. The Bears announced the firing Tuesday, one day after head coach Matt Eberflus promised "changes" and "adjustments" for the struggling Bears.

Will changing offensive coordinators do anything for the stagnant Bears offense? It would be difficult to imagine it hurting.
