Nacua apologized earlier Thursday after appearing on a livestream this week in which he practiced an antisemitic touchdown dance.
Rams WR Puka Nacua on NFL referees on Adin Ross’ stream: “The refs are the worst. These guys are lawyers. They want to be on TV too. You don’t think he’s texting his friends in the group chat like, ‘Yo, you just saw me on Sunday Night Football. That wasn’t PI but I called it.’” pic.twitter.com/roNonieP0d
On Wednesday, a video surfaced showing him promising an antisemitic touchdown dance to a pair of famous YouTubers. This has drawn criticism from California Congressman Eric Swalwell and has raised concerns in the Los Angeles Jewish community, still reeling from the Bondi Beach massacre.
