More than half a million bottles of the blood pressure medication Prazosin Hydrochloride distributed by Teva Pharmaceuticals have been recalled. The recall is due to the test results of the capsules revealing a higher level of carcinogenic N-nitroso Prazosin impurity C than allowed.
