Dallas Mavericks star big man Anthony Davis exited and was ruled out of Wednesday's win against the Indiana Pacers with left lower leg soreness, the team announced.

The Dallas Mavericks picked up a win over the Indiana Pacers, but it came with more injury concerns for Anthony Davis. Dallas managed to get past the Pacers, but any relief was overshadowed by fresh worries about Davis’s fitness after he left the game early.

Anthony Davis is once again dealing with a lower-body injury, and at this point, it’s starting to feel like a yearly tradition. The star big man, now in his second year with the Dallas Mavericks, went down awkwardly midway through a game against the Suns and immediately reached for his leg.

Cooper Flagg did not appear on the Mavericks‘ injury report while Anthony Davis was upgraded for their game against the Pacers.
