Helene Douglas Lake is open for boating while Hurricane Helene debris washes up on land Nearly four weeks after Hurricane Helene, Douglas Lake’s water levels have dropped.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said around a square mile of debris has accumulated in the Douglas Reservoir, in Sevier and Jefferson counties.
