The man accused of kidnapping a 9-year-old girl from the Moreau Lake State Park in September 2023 will spend 47 years to life behind bars. 46-year-old Craig Ross Jr. was sentenced on Wednesday.

Charlotte Sena, the 9-year-old girl who went missing while riding her bike in Moreau Lake State Park on Saturday evening, was found alive on Monday night, the New York state police reported.
