Miami men's basketball coach Jim Larranaga is expected to step down from his role as head coach amid the Hurricanes' worst start to a season in more than three decades, according to the Miami Herald.

After more than a decade with the program, Miami Hurricanes men’s basketball coach Jim Larrañaga is reportedly stepping down. Larrañaga joined the staff at Miami in 2011 and was the head coach for more than a dozen years. He helped lead his team to the Final Four in 2023, though the team did not cut down the nets.
