Despite being the No. 2 team in the country and perhaps the biggest brand in college football, the Ohio State Buckeyes haven’t been put front and center this year often. By front and center, I mean put in a primetime slot for their games.

The Ohio State football 2025 recruiting class is setting up to be a great one and the 2026 class — although still missing a few pieces — also looks promising. With the next two classes looking so bright it is not surprising to see the Buckeye coaching staff already working hard on the class of 2027.

The Boilermakers have been outscored 146-7 by the three College Football Playoff contenders on their schedule, including two shutouts.
