PHILADELPHIA - Investigators say a passenger was shot in the arm during a road rage incident on I-95 on Sunday morning. Pennsylvania State Police say the drivers of a Honda CRV and a Honda Accord became involved in a road rage incident while driving on I-95 just after 7 a.m.

O ne person was wounded in a road rage shooting on Interstate 95 Sunday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said. The highway was shut down for several hours because of the investigation.
