The Bristol, Tennessee City Council voted to give Vince Turner another one-year term as mayor. The city charter requires the council to select a member to serve as mayor and another as vice-mayor at its first meeting of the year.

A third person has died from a nursing home explosion that occurred in Bristol on Dec. 23, 2025, Bucks County officials said on Monday.

Kelli Ann Robbins, 40, was last seen at a bus stop in Hartford on Oct. 17 and was reported missing to Bristol police on Nov. 1.
