New Devils forward Cody Glass spoke about his reaction to a trade from the Penguins at the 2025 NHL Trade Deadline.
The New Jersey Devils and President/General Manager Tom Fitzgerald announced today that the team acquired forwards Cody Glass and Jonathan Gruden in a trade with the Pittsburgh Penguins for Chase Stillman, unsigned draft choice Max Graham, and New Jersey’s 2027 third-round draft pick.
With the minutes until the 3:00 p.m. ET trade deadline dwindling, the Pittsburgh Penguins have made another move.
The Penguins also acquired a 2026 second-round draft pick and a 2027 fourth-round draft pick from the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for defenseman Luke Schenn, who himself was recently traded to Pittsburgh in a deal with the Nashville Predators with forward Tommy Novak on Wednesday for forward Michael Bunting and a fourth-round pick in the 2026 draft.
