Influencer Emman Atienza opened up about taking a social media break before her death at age 19. On Oct. 23, several of Atienza's family members first shared the news of the content creator’s death, writing, “It’s with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our daughter and sister, Emman.”

The U.S. Treasury secretary did not elaborate on the details of the finalized deal, but an official announcement is expected Thursday.
