CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Election Day for a dozen western Massachusetts municipalities is being held on Tuesday, November 4th. 55 cities and towns in Massachusetts hold municipal elections in November of each odd-numbered year, according to the Secretary of State’s office.
