ESPN's Shams Charania had an update on the Celtics ownership's progress in selling the team, giving insight on it impacting NBA expansion.

The Knicks are claiming former Celtics forward Anton Watson on a two-way contract, ESPN’s Shams Charania tweets. Boston waived Watson on Sunday.

The former Boston Celtics draft pick was waived on Sunday, March 2, and has since been signed by the New York Knicks.

The New York Knicks and veteran forward PJ Tucker are expected to agree on a 10-day contract, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. “Free agent PJ Tucker plans to sign with the New York Knicks on a 10-day contract, sources tell ESPN,” Charania wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “The 14-year NBA veteran held discussions with multiple teams over the last week.”
