A 45-year-old New Jersey man accused of sexting with a Utah girl remains jailed there while charges are pending against him, authorities said. Paul T. Carroll is charged with seducing/luring a minor by internet or text, a second-degree charge, and third-degree dealing in materials harmful to a minor, according to Cache County jail records.
