MICHIGAN CITY — Police have arrested a Michigan City man in connection with the August fatal shooting outside Matey’s Bar on Franklin Street. It's the second person arrested connected to the shooting.
Michigan City officials are hopeful for a redevelopment of the struggling Marquette Mall and Office Tower now that it's under new ownership.
