The Beavers, forced to reimagine their place in college athletics after the Pac-12 cast them aside, deliver a celebratory moment by winning the WCC women's basketball tournament in Las Vegas.

Despite losing most of last year’s Elite Eight roster, Oregon State women’s basketball won the WCC tournament and will dance again in March Madness.

The win also gives Indiana the chance for a real statement win with a USC rematch scheduled for Friday afternoon. The Hoosiers will be heavy underdogs, with Bart Torvik giving them just a 13% chance of victory and favoring the Trojans by more than 11 points.

Keira Lindemans, a 6-foot wing from Australia, recently committed to Oregon State women’s basketball for the 2025 signing class. Lindemans is the first player to commit to this class, as the Beavers didn’t sign a player during the early period last November.

Oregon State wrapped up its first season in the West Coast Conference with a tournament championship, ending two-time defending champion Portland's 13-game win streak with a 59-46 victory on Tuesday.
