Local artist Alyssa Marie is one of six artists chosen to create a series of murals that honor the history and transformation of the St. Pete Pier.

Cherry Street Pier at Penn's Landing is now an outdoor museum, filled with larger-than-life works of art from 43 artists who have been painting together for the past 10 days straight.

Athena Astraea Scott has been an artist-in-residence at Cherry Street Pier since 2020, and the experience of interacting and getting to know other artists on-site is inspiring to her.
