Taj Taylor, 27, was arrested after he allegedly told a passenger during a flight heading to Virginia that his laptop was a bomb, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release.

An Allegiant Air flight from Florida to Virginia had to return due to a bomb threat. Taj Malik Taylor told a fellow passenger his laptop was a bomb. The flight landed safely in Florida. Law enforcement arrested Taylor.

The plane circled back to St. Pete, where the threat-making suspect was captured and taken into jail by the authorities
