( NewsNation) — The man who died after a “No Kings” protest in Salt Lake City, Utah, has been identified as a fashion designer and former contestant on “Project Runway,” according to reports.

The fashion designer was among 10,000 protesters who occupied downtown Salt Lake City for the “No Kings” protest.
Utah resident Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, 39, was shot and critically wounded during the protest in Salt Lake City on Saturday, June 14. He later died in the hospital from his injuries, the Salt Lake City Police Department confirmed in a news release.
Millions of people turned out for "No Kings" protests nationwide on Saturday that were largely peaceful though there were some arrests and police had to disperse unruly crowds, including in Georgia and Los Angeles.
