A McComb School District assistant superintendent claims in a federal lawsuit that he has been discriminated against because he is a white man.

A man who allegedly fled a traffic stop and led sheriff’s deputies on a chase exceeding 100 mph was captured after his car struck a highway work truck and crashed east of Magnolia on Thursday morning.
