A Prior Lake man who had been accused of causing an injury to his wife while drunkenly driving a golf cart has avoided a conviction for criminal vehicular operation while pleading guilty to DWI.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a man driving under the influence crashed into the golf cart the girls were riding in.
