The Pittsburgh Pirates are set to acquire a two-time All-Star, landing second baseman Brandon Lowe from the Tampa Bay Rays, according to multiple reports Friday.

Infielder Brandon Lowe, outfielder Jake Mangum and left-hander Mason Montgomery will head from Tampa to Pittsburgh if physicals are passed and the deal is completed.
