Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson will miss Sunday’s game against the Bears because of his hamstring injury, the team announced.

The Baltimore Ravens (1-5) will not have Lamar Jackson back under center when they host the Chicago Bears (4-2) in NFL Week 8 on Paramount+. Jackson has missed the past two games after he sustained a hamstring injury in Week 4,

The Ravens were hoping to get Jackson back for Sunday's game after he was originally listed as a full participant in Friday's practice, but his return will have to wait another week. The Ravens announced on Saturday that Jackson was downgraded to a limited participant in practice and won't play against the Bears.

The Chicago Bears are placing two players on Injured Reserve before Week 8 vs. the Baltimore Ravens -- Kyler Gordon and Braxton Jones.
