Blake Lively’s lawyers filed a motion Monday for sanctions against Bryan Freedman, the lead counsel for Justin Baldoni, arguing that he has engaged in a pre-trial “press tour” to impugn Lively’s character.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni came face-to-face last week as the It Ends With Us actress gave a deposition in the fierce fight over did sexual harassment and retaliation occur on the film and the online fallout around its premiere a year ago.

Blake Lively’s deposition in her case with Justin Baldoni took place on July 31. Lively’s lawyer alleged in a new motion to the judge that Baldoni’s legal team leaked details of the deposition to create misleading narratives about a "face-to-face showdown" between the two.
