EDT on Thursday, the National Weather Service released a flood warning in effect until 8 a.m. EDT for Crawford and Otsego counties.

A flood warning was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 5:39 a.m. valid from 8 a.m. until Saturday 4:40 a.m. for Leavenworth and Atchison counties.

On Wednesday at 6:46 p.m. a flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 10:45 p.m. for Middlesex and Somerset counties.

EDT the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in effect until 9:15 p.m. EDT for Alpena County.

On Thursday at 3:06 a.m. the National Weather Service released a flood warning valid from 4 a.m. until Friday midnight for Johnson and Jackson counties.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to 1"-2" will be possible for much of Southeast Louisiana. Some locally higher totals will still be possible though. The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has been monitoring an area of low pressure, Invest 93-L. It now has a 0% of development as it moves through Southeast Louisiana.

The Flood Forecasting Division has issued a high-level flood warning for the Jhelum River, predicting severe flooding within the next 24 hours. Water inflow at Mangla Dam is expected to reach between 350,

On Thursday at 11:02 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated flood warning in effect until Saturday at 2:42 p.m. The warning is for Jackson, Lafayette and Ray counties.
