The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are due to get a new bar-style camera housing that resembles the Google Pixel 9 series – though images and renders of the upcoming iPhone suggest a look that isn't quite as refined as Google’s flagship offering.

It’s not the flashiest design, and the competition is stiff this year, thanks to Samsung finally upgrading the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in meaningful ways. However, Google shouldn’t be ruled out.

Google is expected to launch the Pixel 10, Pixel Watch 4, new Pixel Buds and maybe even a MagSafe-alternative on August 20.
