The Raiders are shaking up their staff by bringing back a face from the past. Norv Turner, who coached the team for two seasons when they were in Oakland, will return to the Raiders as an assistant, NFL Network reported Tuesday.

As the tweet reads, the Raiders added Scott Turner, Joe Philbin and Norv Turner into new roles. Scott is the interim offensive coordinator, Philbin the interim offensive line coach, and Turner a senior advisor.
