'Southern Slow Down': Law officers tell Augusta area that speeders will get nowhere fast
Law enforcement throughout Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee will clamp down on lead-footed motorists this week in Operation Southern Slow Down. It's an annual public education campaign to encourage drivers to obey speed limits.
In addition to Tennessee, Operation Southern Slow Down will track speeders in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
