I want the City of Columbia Heights, MN to turn the abandoned land on 43rd Avenue and Central Avenue In the city into a 55 apartment building with a grocery store like a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market, The Fresh Market, Lunds & Byerlys, or a Fresh Thyme Market underneath it. So, all the Columbia Heights residents could go there to grocery shop at, and have access to fresh produce/vegitables, and a bunch of other nutritious foods. Plus giving senior citizens another good 👍 place to retire at.
