The Keweenaw Snowmobile Club has been out day and night working long hours to get the trails opened back up after 49 inches of snow falling in Keweenaw County since the 17th. The trails are shaping back up nicely! Yesterday’s riding was excellent! It was snowing pretty good in the late afternoon, however by about 5pm it started to change over to freezing rain. I’m sure some others of you up riding experienced this also. It was not a fun ride with goggles and shields completely icing over. Hopefu
