Despite its limitations as a small state, Singapore cannot afford to be a passive bystander in the evolving global landscape, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said at the S Rajaratnam Lecture on Wednesday (Apr 16). In his address to political officeholders, diplomats and senior government officials, Mr Wong called for Singapore to respond with agility and resolve.
