Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents responded to a request by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office last Thursday night for assistance in tracking a wanted subject who fired several gunshots toward an occupied home in Somerton, Arizona and fled the scene. Agents tracked the subject into the desert and subsequently found him hiding in thick brush behind another residence. Agents backtracked the subject’s foot sign and located a firearm.
