Eternal Flame Falls: Visited this stunning WNY treasure early this morning in Orchard Park, NY and was amazed at the beauty I experienced. The Eternal Flame Falls are along Shale Creek, in a section of Chestnut Ridge Park. According to research done by geologists at Indiana University, natural gas is emitted at the rate of about one kilogram of methane per day, slowly seeping through the rock here.
