Happy walkers and hikers were definitely soaking up the sunshine and keeping safety in mind as City of Riverside - Mayor Rusty Bailey joined them this morning along the newly-opened trail. Mt. Rubidoux Park, which has been closed to the public since March 27 following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, has been reopened with modifications to the trail system to promote safety and allow for six feet of social distancing.
