REFUSING TO MOVE ... Vendors who trade near the Havana fourway in Windhoek are refusing to move to Ongos Valley after road contractors on Friday told them to vacate the area. The contractors are upgrading Eneas Peter Nanyemba Road, previously known as Monte Christo Road.
