Last night's supper was fried backstrap with cheesy mashed potatoes 🤍 No gravy... don’t come for me 😅 I won’t lie, after two hours in the kitchen, I was absolutely worn out. Some days cooking feels effortless, and some days it takes every ounce of energy you’ve got. But sitting down to a plate like this still reminds me why I do it.
