This is basically just the Miles Circuit WITH the psoas release before starting. I love that stretch so I love starting there. Many recommend not starting this until you’re near end of pregnancy, maybe 38/9 weeks or so. The circuit is great for baby in an ideal position for labor. Then, their head will be putting good, equal pressure on that cervix and that could stimulate labor to begin as well. It’s also awesome to do DURING early labor.
