This is my version of a beef slow cooker with mash 🍴 Ingredients: • 1 onion, finely diced • 2 stalks celery, diced • 3 carrots, diced • 1 tblsp olive oil • Splash of red wine • 500g diced beef • 2 maggi beef stroganoff packet mixes • 1/4 cup of peas • 4 tblsp sour cream I served mine on a bed of mash.
