There was a scary moment aboard a BC Ferries vessel this evening, after a dog made its way onto the ‘rubbing strake’ (similar to a bumper) on the outside of the ferry. BC Ferries spokesperson Deborah Marshall told Victoria Buzz that crews stopped the vessel - which was sailing from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen - and the dog made its way successfully back onto the ship. It’s unclear at this time how exactly the dog made it onto this area of the ship, but video shows concerned onlookers as it navigate
